Shaniwar Wada to be renovated!
Pune’s famous Shaniwar Wada is soon going to go under renovation. The restoration and conservation of the historical Shaniwar Wada will be happening soon and in a phased manner. Due to the harsh weather, the stone masonry will be restored to its former glory. The Delhi Darwaja will also gt a new paint job. The conservation and restoration of the Shaniwar Wada have been taken up this year as ASI is undertaking all efforts for the care and conservation of protected monuments in Maharashtra as per the availability of resources.
