Sweet chilli garlic sauce:
Deserved dry red chilli-15
Vinegar-1/2 cup
Garlic-20 pods big ones
Salt
Sesame oil -1 tbsp
Ginger small piece
Sugar-1-2 tbsp
1. Soak the red chilli in vinegar for 30 minutes.
2. Chop garlic finely and keep aside
3. Take a blender and add red chilli, ginger and blend till smooth. You can add water to adjust the consistency
4. Take a wok add oil and add sugar and let it melt and add chopped garlic and fry for few minutes. Add the paste and let it boil until oil starts coming. You can add water to adjust your consistency and let it boil
Store in air tight container
