Ingredients:
Paneer -1/4 cup( shredded)
Sweet Potatoes boiled and mashed -2 large
Green capsicum chopped - 2 tablespoons
Garlic chopped -1 tablespoons
Spring Onion finely chopped -1 medium
Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1-2 tbsps
Amchur powder- 1 tsp
Dhania powder- 1 tsp
Jeera powder- 1 tsp
Oil 1 tablespoon
Pink Salt to taste
Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Sauf-1/4 tsp
Urad papad (as per no of rolls)
Frozen corn -1/4 cup
Method:
Step 1
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add sauf, jeera and sauté for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté till it turns golden in colour. Add onion and dry powders ( jeera, dhania, red chilli, amchur) and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add green capsicums and paneer, corn and continue to sauté and transfer them into a bowl.
Step 3
Add boiled potatoes into the bowl with other mixture. Adjust salt and mix all the ingredients well together and make oval balls
Step 4
Take water in a bowl. Take single papad and dip it in water to make it smooth for rolling. Keep this dipped papad on the chopping board and place the balls on one edge and start rolling it like spring roll and seal the price edge with water
Step 5
Per heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes
Place the rolled papad and heat for 10 minutes
Serve hot with sauce of your choice
