Tikha Hing Pani

All time favourite Chaat be it adults or kid’s has to be Tangy Pani Puri.

There’s no season and no definite time to have this 😋😋

Just the name makes your mouth watering like a kid.


Here’s my version of of chatpati Pani for your Pani Puri.


Tikha Hing Pani

Ingredients:


Ingredients for Pani:

1/2 cup Mint Leaves

1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, chopped

1-2 Green Chilli, chopped (or to taste)

1/2 inch pieces of Ginger

1½ medium size Lemon

3 tablespoons Sugar (optional)

1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder

1/4 teaspoons Black Salt (kala namak / sanchal)

1/2tsp Pani Puri masala

4 tablespoons Boondi, optional

Salt to taste

4 cups cold Water


Tip:

Add cold water while blending to keep the green colour.
