Here’s a super quick recipe for your weekend.


Tomato Rava Dosa


Tomato 🍅-2 or 3

Kashmiri red chilli - 2 or 3

Ginger 1 inch

Small Rava - 1/2 cup

Rice flour - 1/2 cup

Wheat flour - 1/4 cup (optional)

Onion 🧅 chopped

Cucumber 🥒 grated

Carrot 🥕 grated

Fresh coriander chopped

Pink salt as per taste

Jeera - 1/4 tsp

Water to make it flowing consistency


Note:

Rest this batter for 15 mins and again water to adjust the consistency.
