We all know that antioxidants in fruits work hard to protect our body from ageing and diseases. Most of us tend to include fruit in some form in our diet. However, having the same fruit every day might not be as advantageous as we may think. If we combine different types of fruits in a single serving then the antioxidants present complement each other and the results are compounded.
