Beetroot Paneer Fritters:

Ingredients:
Potato 🥔 4 big size boiled and mashedÂ
Carrot 🥕 1 finely choppedÂ
Beans 1/3 cup finely choppedÂ
Beetroot 2 small boiled and mashed or gratedÂ
Paneer 1/2 cup crumbledÂ
Bread crumbs 1- 2 cupsÂ
Pink salt as per tasteÂ
Pepper powder as per tasteÂ
Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Ghee 1-2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat a small pan and add the finely chopped carrot & beans and fry for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
2. Take a big bowl and the mashed potato, beetroot, the carrot & beans mixture, paneer, dry masala’s, pepper & salt and mix to blend all the ingredients together.Â
3. Now add the bread crumbs to the mixture to adjust the consistency so that all the ingredients are mixed together and small balls can be made.
4. Per heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
5. Take a cookie cutter and add the balls to give the cutlet your desired shape. If you don’t have the cutter gently press the balls and give the cutlet round and flat shape.
6. Place the shaped cutlet in the air fryer and bake till 8-10 minutes or it’s cooked. If required ghee can be air brushed.
Serve hot with mint/pudina chutney or tomato sauce.Â
