A zingy and healthy less oily dinner 🥘


When hunger prangs strike 🪧, we often crave something spicy 🌶


VEG HAKKA Noodles is perfect for light yet super tasty 😋 for perfect dinner 🥘


VEG HAKKA NOODLES


INGREDIENTS

FOR BOILING NOODLES:

6 cup water

1 tsp salt

1 tsp oil

250 gramsnoodles


FOR VEG HAKKA NOODLES:

2 tbsp Sesame oil

3 clove garlic, finely chopped

4 tbsp spring onion, chopped

½ onion, finely chopped

½ carrot, chopped

4 tbspcabbage, shredded (optional)

4 beans, chopped (Optional)

½ capsicum, chopped (Red, yellow)

2 tbsp red Chilli oil sauce

½ tsp salt


Method:

Take a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 2 tbsp spring onion.

And saute ½ onion on high flame.

Add Vegetable one by one

stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.

Now add 2 tbsp schezwan sauce and ½ tsp salt. you can also use homemade schezwan sauce or schezwan chutney.

stir fry for a minute making sure sauce is well combined.

Add in cooked noodles and stir fry on high flame.

Mix until the sauce is well combined.

Garnish with spring onions and enjoy schezwan noodles.
