Veg Sizzler

( Herb Rice, Mint flavour French fries, Grilled Creamy Capsicum, Paneer Tikka, Butter Glazed Vegetables with Rich red gravy)

5. Rich Red Gravy:

Ingredients:

Tomato-2 big chopped

Onion -1 chopped

Garlic - 3 pods

Ginger - small piece

Sun flower seeds - 2-3 tbsp

Cashew - 1 tbsp

Jeera - 1/4 tsp

Dhania- 1/4 tsp

Garam Masala - 1 tsp

Oil - 1 tbsp

Kashmiri red chilli powder- 2 tsp

Pink salt as per taste


Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and dhania and sauté for 1 minute. Add sunflower seeds and cashews and sauté for 1 minutes. Add chopped onion and fry till translucent and add ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute and add tomato and fry till oil leaves the side. If it gets sticking to the pan add little water and fry.

Let it cool and blend it to smooth paste and again transfer to pan and let it boil by adding water to adjust the consistency and in the end add pink salt as per taste.


Assembling the Sizzler:

1. Heat the iron plate of sizzler till red hot.

2. Place the plate on the wooden base

3. Place the cabbage 🥬 slice on the plate so that it covers the full base.

4. Take a cup and add the herb rice and press it hard and invert it in the centre of the plate and slightly tap on the back of the cup so that it comes out in the cup shape.

5. Place the capsicum cups one each on the sides of the rice

6. Place the butter glazed vegetables on side of capsicum cups

7. Top the French fries on one side and paneer tikka

8. Finally pour the red gravy and heat the sizzling sound
