Every product has logo to identify it belongs to which category and for easy recognition.

With Vegan getting popular this also required a logo.
For this, Bengaluru girl's vegan logo gets picked by FSSAI! The vegan logo introduced by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to identify vegan foods has been designed by none other than a Bengaluru-based college girl. 22-year-old Kruti Manish Rathore who is pursuing MSc in Home Science and Nutrition from Mount Carmel College came up with the idea for the new logo which only took her 20 minutes.
The new logo has a green-coloured letter 'V' inscribed in the middle with a small plant on top of it. Kruti explained the letter 'V' helps to identify if the product is vegan and the green coloured plant and leaves indicate that the product is of plant origin.
